First Light Early Education Center

General Scholarship Fund

First Light Early Education Center offers financial aid from its General Scholarship Fund to families whose children have been accepted and can demonstrate need for financial assistance. Due to limited dollars, priority is given to students registered in a five-day program.

Families seeking financial aid must complete an application with FAST. FAST requires payment of a $38 ($43 after November 1, 2016) non-refundable application fee and 2-4 weeks to process each application. All information submitted for the purpose of making financial aid decisions is strictly confidential. Financial aid recipients must reapply annually in order to be considered for additional financial assistance.

Click on the FAST link for access to forms and assistance.

Copies of the following documentation are needed to complete your application. Complete application packets will be processed; incomplete ones will NOT. FAST will process only one application per family. Faxed applications will not be accepted. Supporting information can be mailed ONLY.

Wyoming Department of Family Services Assistance

First Light Early Education Center accepts Wyoming Department of Family Services (DFS) payments towards childcare assistance.

If you are currently receiving childcare benefits through DFS and would like to attend First Light, notify your caseworker that you wish to receive benefits for First Light and specify a start date.
